Our Product Policy

For any products not made by Dual Gnome, we partner with trusted third-party suppliers to ensure quality. However, if issues arise with third-party products, returns or resolutions may require additional time and patience due to external processes. In contrast, any concerns with Dual Gnome-manufactured products are addressed promptly by our dedicated team. For all returns on purchases over $50, we require insurance on the return package to protect against loss, theft, or damage during transit.
